Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If we cancel for unsafe weather or sea conditions, you can choose an available alternative or a full refund. Your booking confirmation contains the applicable terms.
Is the Our Lady of the Rocks island admission fee included?
No. The €5 per-person island admission fee is paid separately and is not included in the tour price.
Can I join if I’m visiting on a cruise ship?
Yes, but choose a departure with enough time for check-in, the full tour and your ship’s final tender or all-aboard time. Our Blue Cave group tour lasts around 3 hours. Send us your ship’s confirmed timings if you need help choosing; return times can be affected by sea and port conditions.
What should I bring?
Bring your booking confirmation, swimwear, a towel, sun protection and a hat. A light layer is useful in cooler weather. Cover shoulders and wear appropriate clothing for a church visit. Follow the skipper’s instructions and return to the boat on time at every stop.
Which languages are available?
Live guiding is in English. Audio guides, where offered for your tour, require your own internet connection and cannot be downloaded in advance. Contact us before booking if you need a particular language.
Is this experience suitable for me?
Speedboat travel can be bumpy. Our published tour restrictions exclude wheelchair users and guests with back problems, mobility impairments, vertigo or a weight over 125 kg. Please contact us before booking if you are unsure about boarding or your comfort on the boat. Non-swimmers must remain aboard during swim stops.
